Called off by chief administrator after 3 of 36 commercial sites sold The open auctions for commercial, nursing home and clinic sites in the Panchkula urban estate, organised by Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA), on Friday afternoon turned out to be unsuccessful as very few bidders participated. The auctions were called off by HUDA Chief Administrator DPS Nagal after just three out of 36 commercial sites had been sold. Bidders turned hostile as the auction for the fourth site was withdrawn by the chief administrator when the bidding ended at Rs 88,30,000 after about 12 bids.
