Homebuyers move apex court

GREATER NOIDA: In a last-ditch attempt, homebuyers of Noida Extension approached the Supreme Court seeking an opportunity to be heard before the court delivers a verdict on the petition filed by farmers of Bisrakh village. On Wednesday, Noida Extension Flat Buyers’ Welfare Association (NEFBWA) filed a petition to be included as a party in the case involving Bisrakh farmers who have not accepted hiked compensation from Greater Noida Authority and demanded their land back. The case is slated to be heard on Friday.
